Established in 2004, we certainly are not the oldest realty firm in Brenham or the largest. We are not new to real estate and we know that success in real estate requires commitment to professional service and just plain old hard work. We also practice our trade with principles that ensures fairness to all.
We are also very proud of the staff at Two S Realty. Melanie Holton, Broker-Owner

Melanie Holton is the Broker-Owner of Two S Realty. She has over 18 years experience in the Washington County and surrounding markets. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Houston in 1994. She worked as a paralegal at one of the top international law firms in downtown Houston for 12 years before obtaining her real estate sales associate license in 2004. She furthered her education by securing her broker license in 2011 so that she could focus her attention on operating real estate and property management companies. She is dedicated to making her clients happy. She is a wife, mother of four, member of First Baptist Church-Brenham, Secretary of the Krause Elementary School PTO, broker-owner of We Manage Properties, office manager of Custom Care Remodeling, and a successful real estate salesperson. She is dedicated to giving her clients the highest level of service in achieving their real estate goals.

Janet Schulze, Broker-Associate, is the first ”S” in Two S Realty. She and her husband, Sam Schulze, created Two S Realty in 2004, and named Two S Realty after their Two S Ranch in Brenham. She remained the Broker-Owner of Two S Realty until January 2012, when the new Broker-Owner, Melanie Holton, decided to carry on the tradition of Two S Realty. Janet now has the flexibility to enjoy some other parts of her life more while continuing her career in real estate. She has almost 20 years of real estate experience. There is little that can come up in a real estate transaction that she has not seen several times. Her experience has proven valuable to our success. She is a steady hand that keeps our business in the forefront.

Carla moved to Brenham in 1998 from Arlington, Texas. She and her husband, Ken, have two children. Carla graduated from the University of Texas in Arlington with a BA in history. Carla is involved with the local Elks and fundraising for special needs children projects. She is also a member of Salem Lutheran Church. Carla has been in sales for over 20 years and in real estate for 9 years. With her experience she knows what it takes to earn your business.

Mandy's primary goal is to pay close attention to her clients and make sure all their real estate needs are met. Mandy was born in Bryan and raised in Brenham. She is a member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church and a third generation Real Estate Agent in her family. Her grandfather was in the Real Estate business for 49 years and her father, who still holds a Broker's license, has been in the business for 30+ years. She is very familiar with this area of Texas, as well as the surrounding counties, and very proud to call this beautiful Texas Bluebonnet country home. She graduated from Brenham High School and attended Blinn College right here in Brenham. She also took classes at the Champions School of Real Estate to further her knowledge in the field. Lauren Cox is thrilled to be here in Washington County as a part of the Two S Realty team. She will share a few details about her life, if you promise to do the same when you meet her! She wasn’t born in Texas, but she got here as fast as she could. The child of career military parents, grandparents, and great grandparents, she spent the first part of her life traveling the world. An avid outdoorsman, she has a passion for anything that involves fresh air. She is the loving owner of two yellow labs, Birdie and Rambo, who she's trained as bird dogs. She thinks the world of her family and friends and observes the credo, “Never get so busy making a living that you forget to make a life.” She dedicated the last decade to the Tampa Bay area working as a Realtor on residential sales, commercial land for community development, property management, and foreclosure sales. Now, she's growing new roots in the Brazos Valley . She is devoted to offering superior service. Denise’s 16 year real estate career began in 1996 when she became an owner/investor in a 26-unit, multi-family property in Texas City, Texas. After successfully owning, managing and improving the property for 7 years, she sold the property for twice the original purchase price. She worked in property management for commercial real estate firms in Houston, Texas, managing retail, atrium and high-rise properties. She discovered her passion for land sales while working with the Industrial/Land team at Colliers International in Houston, where she found every deal to be “fascinating and unique!” Denise is proud to have obtained her real estate license from Texas A&M University. After her extensive career and life in her hometown of Houston, Denise and her husband Troy now reside in Brenham, where they have 10 beautiful acres in the country. Denise is an ordained minister of faith and a very proud grandmother of 5 beautiful grandbabies. She will build a relationship with you to help you in all of your real estate needs.
