Two S Realty history:
Established in 2004, we certainly are not the oldest realty firm in Brenham or the largest. We are not new to real estate and we know that success in real estate requires commitment to professional service and just plain old hard work. We also practice our trade with Christian principles that ensures fairness to all.
Janet Schulze, Broker, the first ”S” has over 16 years of real estate experience. There is little that can come up in a real estate transaction that she has not seen several times. Her experience has proven valuable to our success. She is the steady hand that keeps our business in the forefront. Her talents in the kitchen also ensure high turnouts at our open houses.
Sam Schulze, Broker is the other “S” in our company. He was a banker for over 40 years in the greater Houston area and in Dallas. He has five years of real estate experience. He is responsible for overall management of our firm. While he has been successful in the business world, his passion is ranching and riding cutting horses. He manages our cow/calf operation known as Two S Ranch.
We are also very proud of the staff at Two S Realty. They are dedicated to serving our customer needs and bring their experience to the table in obtaining the very best representation for our sellers and buyers. Cumulatively they have over 55 years of real estate experience.
We take pride in keeping our scorecard of our sales on our sign in front of the office. Our current customers and future customers have expressed keen interest in our numbers as we have grown. With our numbers available for all to see, we stay motivated to excel in our business of service to our customers.

Melanie Holton

Melanie has over 14 years experience in the Washington County and surrounding markets. She is a graduate from the University of Houston. She worked as a paralegal at one of the top international law firms in downtown Houston for 12 years before obtaining her real estate sales associate license in 2004. Melanie moved from Houston to Bellville in 1994, and then to Brenham in 2003 where she currently resides. She is a wife, mother of four, member of First Baptist Church-Brenham, volunteer for community programs and a successful real estate sales associate. She is dedicated to giving her clients the highest level of service in achieving their real estate goals.

Carla moved to Brenham in 1998 from Arlington Texas. She and her husband Ken have two children. Carla graduated from UT of Arlington with a BA in history. Carla is involved with the local Elks and does a lot of fundraising for special needs children projects. She is also a member of Salem Lutheran Church. Carla has been in sales for over 20 years and in real estate for 4 years. With her experience she knows what it takes to earn your business.

Tina has lived in this area her entire life- growing up in the Salem/Welcome community and attending Brenham High School and Blinn Junior College. Tina has a wealth of knowledge about homes as her parents own a construction company (and she's been known to swing a hammer or two!). Tina started her adventure in real estate as a realty office manager in 2005 and was liscensed and practing by 2006. I was born in Bryan and raised in Brenham. I am a member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church and am a third generation Real Estate Agent. I have just recently joined Two "S" Realty, but have been in the business for 4 years. My grandfather was in Real Estate for 49 years and my father, who still holds a Broker's license, has been in the business for 30 years.
I am very familiar with this area of Texas , as well as the surrounding counties, and I'm very proud to call this beautiful Texas bluebonnet country home. I graduated from Brenham High School and attended Blinn College right here in Brenham. I also took classes at the Champions School of Real Estate to further my knowledge in the field.
